Women of the Dove Foundation The Women of the Dove Foundation is the outreach arm of Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. The foundation was created to enhance the general welfare and improve the quality of life of underserved populations in the Washington Metropolitan area and the global community. The foundation is a not-for-profit 501.(c)3 organization that is a wholly separate and distinct organization from Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter. It receives tax-deductible donations to the full extent of IRS regulations. Goals and Objectives Disseminate information and educate the community Provide facilities and other resources for use by the community. Provide scholarships for education and training purposes. Develop and implement a global outreach program.
