The Women of the Dove Foundation is the outreach arm of Omicron Phi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. The foundation was created to enhance the general welfare and improve the quality of life of underserved populations in the Washington Metropolitan area and the global community.
